My name is Marcus Aurelius to give you an insight into my experience and milestone achievements which has lead me to my successful career in combat spots and professional boxing, here is my brief background.
I began lifting weights and cardio work outs as a teenager, I lost 5 stone and building up a strong, healthy physique built my confidence and my interest in training.
I started power lifting in the search for a new challenge as a young adult. I took joy from winning strength competitions and then returned to body building in the aim of competing. I was then mentored by the son of Mr Olympia Runner Up (Body Builder) who gave me invaluable training methods and lifestyle coaching.
In order to improve my strength and stamina I then decided to challenge myself with a new skill... Kickboxing. From my first session I had found a new passion and got 'the bug'. After one year of commitment and dedication I competed in my first fight, which then lead on to a tournament of which I was runner up, only to be beaten by the now 'EUROPEAN TITLE HOLDER'.
I have enjoyed travelling to various countries and have been fortunate to have trained in Thailand. I also travelled to Cuba, where I studied and trained to become the coach and mentor I am today. I finally retired from boxing due to injury, which has now lead me to find my passion for training others to achieve their personal goals. I havenearly two decades of experience in training and fitness. I have explored the World and discovered various training techniques from all over the globe. I have dedicated my life to boxing and fitness. My passion is helping my clients achieve their goals and results.

I started using Marc as a PT in winter lockdown, when I was at an incredibly low ebb.
What makes Marc stand out from other PTs, is that he listens to how his client feel. If you are tired , he will not try to smash you up with 100 burpees. Instead, through creative ways he tailors a bespoke session that pushes you as though you may have done a 100 burpees!!! Class PT.
